Pre-S.C.R.I.P.T
Society Committed for the Responsible Induction of Pharmacy students of Today

Pre-S.C.R.I.P.T is a student organization created for students who plan on pursuing careers in pharmacy. The mission of the society is to provide information, resources and opportunities to introduce students to the world of pharmacy. In addition, the society seeks to help its members become the most qualified applicants to the Pharm. D program.

The organization also strives to encourage community involvement and to present members with opportunities to serve the community through volunteer service. By adding depth to members' understanding of pharmacy and the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy in particular, Pre-S.C.R.I.P.T constantly strives to make its members the best prepared and most informed pre-pharmacy students.

Meetings are held once a month during the Fall and Spring semesters. The elected officers include:

President: Ali Ahmed
Vice President: Riley Vu
Secretary: Marissa Salazar
Treasurer: Angelica Avila
Historian: Trung Bui
APhA-ASP Member at Large: TBA

Pre-S.C.R.I.P.T. also has a faculty advisor who is a member of the faculty advisor at the College of Pharmacy.
